Your parcel will be sent to you via NZ Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified and emailed through the tracking info.

 New Zealand

• Free tracked delivery on all orders

 Australia 

• Tracked delivery $20 NZD

Rest of World

• Tracked delivery $40 NZD

Order Timeframe

All items on our website are made to order from our Auckland based studio. All orders will take up to three weeks to be handmade, although it will usually be sooner than this. 

We will let you know when your parcel has been shipped so you can track it’s delivery from there. If you need an item sooner than this, we do offer a ‘Priority Order’ option. Please contact us via email prior to purchasing and we will be happy to assist you further!
